Shipping Policy

Effective Date: October 2025

1. Domestic Shipping (Within India)
All orders are processed within 10–15 business days after payment confirmation.
Once shipped, delivery within India usually takes 15–20 working days depending on your location.
Orders are shipped through reliable courier partners such as Blue Dart, DTDC, or Delhivery.
A tracking number will be provided via email or WhatsApp once the order is dispatched.

2. International Shipping
We ship worldwide using trusted carriers like DHL, FedEx, or Aramex.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Delivery timelines vary between 10–15 working days, depending on customs and local postal services.
Customs duties, taxes, or import charges (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Order Processing Time
All sarees are designer and made-to-order or limited edition.
Please allow up to 7 working days for order preparation before dispatch.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or message.
If you have not received tracking details within the expected timeline, please email us at contact@fuchsiabypalak.com with your order number.
 

5. Delays & Exceptions
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance, natural calamities, or unforeseen events.
Fuchsia by Palak Agrawal is not responsible for delays once the order has been handed over to the courier.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages
In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will assist in coordinating with the shipping carrier but cannot guarantee compensation from them.

7. Customization

Customization may take up to 90 days to complete
